Spring Fling Cocktail (with Empress Gin)
My friend Erin and I have been swooning over this purple gin for quite some time, and we finally got it to make some pretty purple cocktails. We made two the day I got the gin, this was my favorite of the two (although both were darn good). Makes 1 drink.
