Coconut Lime Italian Soda Upgrade

Someone had brought a bottle of Simple Truth Coconut lime Italian Soda to a party of mine and then it never got opened. It's 24 ounces so I wasn't just going to drink it by myself (and I don't think Doyle would like it) so it just sat for awhile.  Then we had another party and I decided to serve it as an upgraded coctail!

Makes 4 drinks. 

Ingredients:

• 1 oz of Vodka per glass
• 3 mint leafs per glass (more for garnish if you like)
• 1 slice of cubumber for glass (more for garnish if you like)
• 1 bottle 24.5 ounce bottle of Simple Truth Coconut Lime Italian Soda

Instructions:

1. In the bottom of 4 low ball glasses gently muddle the mint. 
2.  Add the cucumber and then ice on top.
3. Pour in one ouce of vodka (or skip if you'd like a mocktail).
4. Top with the italian soda, and give a gentle stir.
