Empress Elderflower Spanish Gin and Tonic

My friend Erin and I have been swooning over this purple gin for sometime, and we finally purchased it to make some epic purple cocktails!  

Makes 1 cocktail:

Ingredients:

• 2oz Empress Gin (I actually used Victoria Indigo Gin, it's the same but less expensive)
• 4-5oz elderflower tonic (I used Fever Tree brand)
• 2 pink grapefruit slices
• 10 juniper berries 
• 1 rosemary sprig

Instructions:

1. Add ice to the glass. 
2. Squeeze 1 slice of grapefruit into glass and discard. 
3. Add the other grapefruit slice and juniper berries. 
4. Pour gin into glass.  Then tonic.  
5. Stir. 
6. Add Rosemary sprig to garnish.

*I'm honestly not sure how much flavor the juniper berries give to the cocktail.  I plan to do a side by side comparison of one with and without at some point...
