Rum Squirt

Bought some orgeat syrup because it sounded yummy, and now I'm looking for ways to use it.  This was not bad, and quite easy.  

Makes 1 cocktail

Ingredients:

• Ice
• 1 1/2 oz Rum (original says Cuban rum but I'm not getting something specific for this)
• 1/3 oz Orgeat Syrup
• Pineapple - the original recipe lists it twice but never says fresh, juice, etc nor amount.  We used 2 cubes of fresh pineapple and muddled them
• Club soda. (no amount given, we just filled the rest of the class.  Might have liked a little less soda water. 

Instructions:

1. Place rum, syrup, and cubed pineapple (if using cubed) and muddle. 
2. Add ice
3. Top with club soda
