Rhubarb Infused Gin
My first time infusing a liquor.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 cups rhubarb, give or take
- 400 ml gin, give or take
Instructions:
- Combine sugar and rhubarb in large mason jar. I'm not sure I got quite 3 cups in, basically fill the jar to the top.
- Let sit for 48 hours in refrigerator.
- Add gin, fill to the top. It was around 400 ml. Let sit for 4 weeks or more.
