Rhubarb Infused Gin


My first time infusing a liquor. 

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 cups rhubarb, give or take
  • 400 ml gin, give or take

Instructions:

  1. Combine sugar and rhubarb in large mason jar. I'm not sure I got quite 3 cups in, basically fill the jar to the top.
  2. Let sit for 48 hours in refrigerator.
  3. Add gin, fill to the top.  It was around 400 ml. Let sit for 4 weeks or more.
