Rhubarb Gin and Tonic

 

Simple and refreshing.  You will need to infuse the gin ahead of time. 

Ingredients:

• 1 part Rhubarb Gin
• 3 parts tonic 
• Ice

Instructions:

1. In a glass with ice, pour gin 1 part gin and 3 parts tonic. Pour tonic gently as to not lose bubbles.
