Hibiscus Shandy
This drink is inspired by a drink I ordered at dinner at a restaurant in Utah.
Ingredients:
- Jamaica Hibiscus tea
- Light beer (I used 312 which is a wheat beer from Chicago, but it would be good with something even lighter as well)
Instructions:
- I read online that shandies are half beer half juice/mixer. I tried this. That may work well for lemonade, but the hibiscus tea was overwhelming. I think the right mix was 2/3's beer, 1/3 hibiscus tea.
