Pomegranate Lemon Fizz

Refreshing!

Makes 2 (I doubled the recipe to make 3 however, just made them a little larger I guess)

Ingredients:

• 3 oz vodka (can use lemon vodka)
• 3 oz pomegranate juice
• 2 oz simple syrup
• 1 oz lemon juice
• 4-5 oz Sparkling water/Seltzer water (one can will work for 2 beverages) 
• Optional garnishes: lemon slices and/or pomegranate arils 

Instructions:

1. Combine vodka, juices, and simple syrup in cocktail shaker with ice.  Shake
2. Fill 2 glasses with ice, and pour evenly between two glasses.
3. Top with sparkling water. Garnish if desired.
