Wollersheim's Apples and Cream

This is a drink kit I bought from the Wollersheim distillery in Prairie Du Sac, Wisconsin. I love brandy, and this was fall during the pandemic, I was looking for things to keep me busy/excited.  A little on the pricey end for me, I am glad I purchased. 

Side note: I'm not entirely sure why it's called "Apple's and Cream" as Cherry is a more prominent flavor in this.  It did get me thinking, and I may make my own "Apples and Cream" just substituting the tart cherry grenadine with apple cider.  I currently have some in my fridge...

Makes 1

Ingredients:

• 1.5 oz Apple Brandy
• 1/2 oz Tart Cherry Grenadine 
• Cream Soda to top (1 glass bottle seems to be perfect for 2 beverages, FYI)
• Garnish: Amarena Cherry

Instructions:

1. Add ice to glass. 
2. Add brandy, grenadine - stir.
3. Top with cream soda
4. Garnish with cherry
