Erin's Blood Orange Experiment

We found some random ingredients and Erin made an experimental cocktail. And it was pretty good.  If you know Erin, you know this is a big deal.

Makes 2 cocktails

Ingredients:

• 1 TBSP egg whites
• 1 tsp sugar
• 1/2 oz lime juice
• 3 oz Blood orange juice
• 2/3 cup Brute sparkling white wine
• Optional garnish: sprinkle of lavender flowers 

Instructions:

1. Combine egg whites and sugar and lime juice.  Froth.
2. In 2 glasses combine ice, blood orange juice and Brute. 
3. Pour frothed egg whites over into the cup. Gently stir
4. Sprinkle with lavender flowers.
