Cucumber Gin and Tonic


Made with cucumber juice left over from making homemake tzaziki sauce. Otherwise, if you have a juicer you can make cucumber juice. 

Ingredients:

  • 2 ounces gin
  • 2 ounces cucumber juice
  • 4 ounces tonic

Instructions:

  1. Mix ingredients.
  2. Pour over ice.  Pour gently, and tip glass so the beverage hits the side of the glass rather than the bottom.  Otherwise you will loose all your bubbles. 
Not adapted from anything, entirely my own creation.

Cucumber juice left over from this recipe. Strongly encourage consuming together :)
