Rhubarb Paloma

 

Most of the beverages I made with rhubarb simple syrup were with gin.  This mixes it up a bit with tequila, another fantastic summer alcohol. 

Ingredients:

• 2 parts Tequila (I used Jose Cuervo Blue Agave Gold)
• 1 part grapefruit juice
• 1 part rhubarb simple syrup
• 1 part lime juice
• 3 parts club soda
• Garish with lime wedges, rhubarb ribbons, or pink himalayan sea salt.  I was to lazy.

Instructions:

1. Pour tequila, fruit juices, rhubarb simple syrup over ice. Stir
2. Top with club soda
