Pineapple Rum Smoothie

 

Tastes of summer!

Makes 2 drinks.

Ingredients:

  • 16 ounces cubed frozen pineapple (I hate canned so I froze fresh pineapple)
  • 3/4 cup pineapple juice (alternatively you could use coconut water)
  • 3 ounces rum (I used white rum, but would probably be good with gold as well)

Instructions:

  1. Combine pineapple and juice in blender or use emulsifier. Blend until relatively smooth.
  2. Pour into glasses and add rum to taste
