Pineapple Rum Smoothie
Tastes of summer!
Makes 2 drinks.
Ingredients:
- 16 ounces cubed frozen pineapple (I hate canned so I froze fresh pineapple)
- 3/4 cup pineapple juice (alternatively you could use coconut water)
- 3 ounces rum (I used white rum, but would probably be good with gold as well)
Instructions:
- Combine pineapple and juice in blender or use emulsifier. Blend until relatively smooth.
- Pour into glasses and add rum to taste
