Pomegranate Mimosa

Another great Christmas Morning drink. 

Makes 8 mimosas if you use the whole bottle of champagne - and about 3 cups of juice. 

Ingredients:

  • Lime wedge
  • a small plate or bowl with a bit of sugar in it (original recipe suggests 1/4 cup)
  • Champagne 
  • Pomegranate juice
  • Optional: Fresh rosemary and pomegranate seeds for garnish

Instructions:

  • Rim champagne flute with lime wedge then dip in sugar until the rim is well coated.
  • Fill glass halfway with pomegranate juice.
  • Top off with champagne.
  • Garnish with a sprig of rosemary and 6-8 pomegranate seeds.
