Pomegranate Mimosa
Another great Christmas Morning drink.
Makes 8 mimosas if you use the whole bottle of champagne - and about 3 cups of juice.
Ingredients:
- Lime wedge
- a small plate or bowl with a bit of sugar in it (original recipe suggests 1/4 cup)
- Champagne
- Pomegranate juice
- Optional: Fresh rosemary and pomegranate seeds for garnish
Instructions:
- Rim champagne flute with lime wedge then dip in sugar until the rim is well coated.
- Fill glass halfway with pomegranate juice.
- Top off with champagne.
- Garnish with a sprig of rosemary and 6-8 pomegranate seeds.
