Turtle Coffee Cocktail

My first attempt at a dessert cocktail. I certainly haven't mastered how to drizzle the bottom of the cup with chocolate and carmel (and the carmel I used was to liquidy, so if anyone recreates this and finds a good carmel sauce, drop it in the comments) but overall, the taste was very good. 

Makes 1 drink.

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup of brewed (and chilled) coffee
  • 1/4 cup Irish Cream
  • 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • 1/2 cup milk (I may try a little less next time)
  • Carmel sauce
  • Chocolate sauce
  • whipped cream
  • chopped or crushed pecans

Instructions:

  1. In a blender or food processor, combine coffee, irish cream, milk, and ice cream and blend until smooth.
  2. Drizzle carmel and chocolate sauce in glass.
  3. Pour from blender into glass.
  4. Top with whipped cream and crushed pecans.
