Aperol Spritz

In the last 2 years Aperol Spritz has become one of my favorite drinks to order. I like it's bubbles, it's enticing bright orange color, its strong but still slightly sweet flavor. Anyways, It was about time I made some myself. 

Also would make a great Halloween drink due to the orange color. 

Recipe makes 1 cocktail.

Ingredients:

• 3 oz Prosecco
• 2 oz Aperol
• 1 oz club soda
• Ice optional
• Garnish: orange slice (optional)

Instructions:

1. Place ice in glass if using ice.  If not using ice, make sure all ingredients are well chilled first. 
2. Add all liquid ingredients. Stir gently as not to let loose to many bubbles.
3. Garnish.
