Raspberry Gin and Tonic - 2 ways

This raspberry (gin?) was an impulse buy at Woodman's. Here's a drink I made from their website.  A little simplified.  Because pink tonic?

Makes 2 drinks.

Ingredients:

  • 100 ml gin
  • 50 ml tonic (I didn't measure, just topped off our drinks)
  • 50 ml Edinburgh Gin's Raspberry (gin? Liqueur?)
  • Handful of fresh raspberries to puree
  • 10 mint leaves

Instructions for improvisational style (photo below):

  1. Puree raspberries and mint.
  2. Put ice in 2 glasses.  With all ingredients except tonic, split and pour into 2 glasses.
  3. Stir.  Top with tonic.
*Original just had the drinks garnished with raspberries and mint.  Pureeing some just gave it a more intense flavor.

Instructions for Original Recipe style (first photo):

  1. Mix raspberry gin, gin, and tonic in glass with ice.
  2. Add a few mint leaves and fresh raspberries to garnish (no pureeing) I did not have these items, hence not in photo
