Tequila Sage Smash

What to do when the store sells sage in amounts more than you can possibly use when cooking? Make a tequila sage smash!

Makes 1

Ingredients:

• 3 sage leaves
• 2 lime wheels
• 2 oz tequila
• 1/2 oz Cointreau or Grand Marnier
• 1/4 oz agave 

Instructions:

1. In cocktail shaker, muddle sage and lime wheels
2. Add ice and the other ingredients and shake well.
3. Pour, and serve with lime wheels, orange curls, or lime wedges as a garnish if you choose.
